We built the tool we wished our own teams had.
ProposalAI began with a familiar frustration: brilliant, capable teams losing days to the proposal process, and none of that time spent on the work that actually wins.
Where it started
We watched good ideas and strong teams, often our own, get bogged down not by the challenge of their actual work but by the RFP and proposal process. Hours evaporated into searching for one perfect paragraph, wrestling with formatting, and assembling compliant narratives under crushing deadlines.
So we built ProposalAI to streamline the entire process. It extracts key requirements, gives the team a clear roadmap, finds approved technical details, and creates a complete first draft from the team’s own content.
A company’s proposal history should be an active resource: searchable, current, and ready to help experts build evidence-led responses without starting from a blank page.
How we work
